瓦煲鹹香蟹飯 纵横食客的味蕾

自古肉蟹与瓦煲饭是“河水不犯井水”,不过蒞临福星酒家,品尝闻名的「瓦煲咸香蟹饭」后,两者的融合, 恰如其分。蛋炒饭更带浓浓的咸鱼香,放入瓦煲中,再放进新鲜肉蟹或膏蟹,猛火侍候15分钟,鲜咸香的蟹饭,扑鼻而来,先尝微焦的饭粒,咸香更带鲜蟹味,很惹味!

接下来的是道道出惊喜的热门佳肴:「铁板芭蕉虾球」,微辣微酸,很开胃!肥瘦适中的招牌上海肉,三分肥七分瘦,对於那层三分肥油爱不释手,或饭或馒头,再来三大份。吃至此,马老板建议来点口味较轻,舒缓口味,上桌一看,竟是补身又补胃的清润「翅骨炖鸡汤」,汤汁浓郁却不腻,绝不欺场,热汤下肚,全身热乎乎地,很舒服!

再捧上桌的是「豉油皇蒸金狮松」,一斤多,适合一家4口,新鲜上钓即煮,洒上大量姜丝、切碎青红小辣椒及豉油,腥味不再,鱼肉淋上豉油香油,放入姜丝辣椒,不得不再叫伙计加饭去!吃得意犹未尽,还有「烧焗当归骨」,在这个关键时刻吸引食慾。主料以当归配大排骨,涂上酱料加以烧焗,先大口大口吃下甜肉,然后才慢慢咀嚼骨头的当归香,三几根下肚,很快活!
