展現鮑魚的魅力

chefSayang来到闻名全马的“阿顺哥鱼翅”,首选当然是吃「鱼翅捞饭」啦!每人一小盅,单是看到羹汤内的鱼翅已叫人垂涎三尺。鱼翅本身是无味的,必须配搭羹汤一起吃才能感受其鲜,咀嚼时,它有丝丝的纤维质感,并且非常爽口。据悉,这是名厨以新鲜鸡肉及秘方调配,并花上8小时熬制成上汤,难怪那么香浓入味。

再来就是「鲍汁蟹粉大鲍翅」。吃鲍鱼志不在饱,而是享受优质的口感。厨师先从「澳洲黑边鲍」身上粹取精华的液汁,再混和特别秘方制成酱汁,再把鲍鱼切片,和着汁一起吃,感受到顺滑弹牙又鲜美,吃了口里还留有余香,这就是鲍鱼的魅力了。

阿顺哥鱼翅的资深名厨师黄能华除了推荐上述的鱼翅鲍鱼,同时也介绍了「烧焗鳗鱼」(去骨)及招牌
「顺哥滑蛋河」。

煮好的「烧焗鳗鱼」看起来像一碟叉烧多些,吃起来却又发觉它皮脆肉松,散发香浓的味道,令人停不了的一口接一口。

至于「顺哥滑蛋河」,内加一只生虾,令人看了食欲大增,顺滑的河粉加美味的上汤,配搭鲜美具弹性的生虾肉,又是另一番享受呢!
